First of all, how you feel when you quit smoking depends
on the quantity of cigarettes you regularly used in the

readiness to drop the habit. The normal feelings, which
you may experience when you start the quitting process,
include frequent hunger, restlessness, lack of focus and
concentration, and consistent coughing and headaches.
The severity of these symptoms are directly proportional

more likely to face a more severe amount of restlessness
or more frequent headaches if you smoked very heavily
and are highly addicted to nicotine.
But what is the main
cause of these feelings? Generally, these feelings,
commonly known as withdrawal symptoms, are brought about

substance in cigarettes are abruptly taken from your
system. These symptoms are at their worst during the
initial 2 to 3 days of the quitting process. However,
most of them disappear after a couple of weeks. But if
